We have decided to install handlebar heaters from Coolride.
Due to the current winter temperatures, we decided to remove the handlebars from the moped and glue the heating cartridges in the cellar at warmer temperatures. After the adhesive had hardened, the handlebars were re-fitted to the ATs and the fittings were attached.
Alex took advantage of the great weather and with the heated grips, his hands weren’t so cold.
In the summer of 2022, Alex decided to install a larger “fuel tank” on his motorcycle. A 43 liter tank from Touratech.
You can already see a small difference in size 🙂
Before painting, Alex taped a narrow strip on the tank (fuel level indicator) to make it easier to keep an eye on the fuel level later on. That way we know exactly how much fuel is left and when we might run out. Two red markings indicate 3 and 5 liters.
