30.03.-05.04.2025 Germany “At home”, work on WENNE

This week, work on the entrance to the cab was completed.
After sanding and priming, the parts were sealed, some areas were sealed and then sprayed with a body protection spray.

The result is really great.

There has to be a break 😉

New stickers have been affixed.

Now not only the Shishawarentester and Arizona Crossroads are riding with us, but also the crew from OG Kustom 😉

While Alex also had a different workplace to our WENNE this week….

…I had time to familiarize myself with my new hobby.

My nephew turned 18 and celebrated his birthday on Saturday. Of course I wanted to join in the celebrations and see my sister, my brother-in-law, my nieces and my godchild again. Alex, on the other hand, wanted to make the most of the nice weather and continue working on WENNE. As I’m more or less just a “sidekick” for the work, Alex said I could go to the AllgĂ€u for my birthday.

I went with my parents. As they wanted to do something beforehand, we didn’t go straight to the birthday party in Wangen in the AllgĂ€u. We left at 8:30 in the morning. The first stop was for breakfast in Senden. Then to Immenstadt, over the Riedberg Pass, where we took a short break in the snow, we went to Bregenz to fill up on fuel and arrived at the party on time for coffee. Here are a few impressions of my wonderful Saturday.
