15.-18.06.2023 from Periana to Sevilla/Spain

After breakfast, we packed up the motorcycles. The last thing we wanted to do was get our helmets, jackets, gloves and kidney belts out of the house and had sent Luca a message to the landlord that we would now be traveling on. We actually wanted to walk through the house again and check that we hadn’t forgotten anything, when suddenly the house alarm went off.
Startled and with our pulses racing, we quickly grabbed the rest of our things, left the house and closed the door. We immediately contacted the landlord again. He can control the alarm system remotely and had activated it immediately after our first message, as he thought we were already gone. We, on the other hand, didn’t think he would activate it so quickly.
Once everything was sorted, we set off for Seville.
We had a really good time here and felt totally at home.
Great accommodation, beautiful surroundings and a very nice host who was always concerned about our well-being.

It wasn’t just our bikes that were thirsty from time to time, we also needed some fluids in this heat.
After a leisurely 4-hour ride and two drink breaks, we arrived in Seville relaxed but soaked with sweat.

We had booked a small apartment at Apartclub Este.
Right on the flight path. But with a beautiful sunset.

The reason why we came to Seville in the first place is that our eldest daughter’s boyfriend was invited to the shisha trade fair there, as he is an active and successful influencer in this scene and the two of them will be there for a few days. Since we were going to be traveling somewhere in Spain anyway, it was immediately clear to us that we would also be in Seville during this period. Our youngest daughter was also able to keep the days free and fly to Seville. Unfortunately, our son was not able to make it. We all thought that was a great pity and were a little sad about it. But we are really looking forward to the other three.

We parked our motorcycles in the hotel’s underground garage, took only the essentials to the room, freshened up and then met up with the children.

After an emotional reunion, we went to dinner with our children and a friend. Alex and I hadn’t eaten anything apart from breakfast and a small bocadillo (a bugette with ham, cheese and oil) and were really hungry.

The next morning, we met up after breakfast and took the bus into the city of Seville.
With temperatures of 48°, the children had to go shopping first. They needed sun hats and sunglasses.

Seville is a very beautiful city. We hadn’t planned a sightseeing tour. Our priority was simply to see the children again. Nevertheless, we saw some beautiful things as we strolled through the city.

The following day, the children also went into the city by bus.

In the evening, our older daughter and her boyfriend went to the shisha fair.
We went out for a delicious meal with our youngest and had a great evening until late into the night.

On our last day together, we visited a small market hall and the Parque Maria Luisa.

It was so nice to see you again here in Seville.

In the evening, we were able to immerse ourselves in the world of our son-in-law.

Thank you very much for guiding us through the fair. It was a very nice evening and we had a lot of fun.

The time with our loved ones has passed far too quickly. We enjoyed the time very much and were delighted that we were able to meet here.
