I’ve finally started painting. It’s taking longer than I thought, so I’ll probably be busy for a bit longer.
Small positive differences can already be seen.
Alex took advantage of the time and went for a ride on the KTM.
The interior work is progressing. Some of it still looks half-finished and takes some getting used to, but when it’s finished it will look great.
Alex has been looking for outside work in the nice weather. The frame of the wing mirror needs to be sanded down and resealed.
Sometimes we need a change. It’s a strange feeling when it’s over 20 degrees and sunny, listening to Christmas music in the stores and seeing Christmas decorations everywhere.
Christmas lights are already being put up in the towns and villages.
We would like to move to another pitch. Someone has already set their sights on our pitch, which is a bit diagonally behind us. As soon as the pitch we have chosen becomes available, we will “move” and then we can also put up our awning.
Two villages further on there is a small market hall with vegetables, fruit and fish. We’ll be going there more often from now on, it’s good and cheap.
Once a month is a big wash day. Unfortunately, some other people wanted to wash today and I had to wait almost 2 hours until one of the three washing machines was free. Here at the caravan park there is also a large area for hanging up laundry and a dryer if you need to do it quickly.
A good deed every day. Others also have their eye on Alex’s vice 😉
